Shipping Information
Where do you ship?
We ship to most locations across the country. Serviceable areas are automatically shown during checkout based on your delivery pin code.
Orders are usually delivered within 4 - 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. If international delivery is essential, feel free to reach out to our customer care team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. A restocking fee will apply in case of returns.
Payment Information
We accept multiple secure payment options including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and other region-specific methods available at checkout.

Refunds are processed after order cancellation or successful return pickup. The amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Most products are eligible for return unless marked as non-returnable on the product page. Certain items like innerwear, personal care, or customized products may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons.

Yes, return pickup is available for most locations. Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address.
